CP's Design/Build experience has been as part of the owner's team for Design/Build contract procurement and conceptual and preliminary engineering. We have also been part of the builders' team for detailed project deliveries. CP has been playing significant roles delivering some of the most prominent Design/Build projects in the Pacific Northwest including major rail transits, interstate freeways and bridges.

PUBLIC-PRIVATE AND PRIVATE/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (PPPs)

As funding for some of the public and private projects is becoming critical, Public-Private and Private-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are used more frequently for project conveyance. Especially in today's economic climate, CP has been able to initiate the dialogs between the project owners and investors and eventually help stimulating the needed arrangements and successfully deliver the projects when traditional approaches are impossible.
